Can I rent storage online or reserve a space without going in person?
If you can fill out all the information required in the rental agreement, including uploading a picture of your driver’s license or state ID you can rent totally online. If you need assistance call our facility manager or stop by during business hours. To save time, call for an appointment.
When can I move In?
After filling out all required information on the rental agreement and as long as there is a storage unit available that meets your self-storage needs, you can move in at any time that works for you.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We ask that you give us 10 days. That is it.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID, like your driver’s license or state ID.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No. Our self-storage units rent on a month-to-month basis, and there are no security deposits, move-in fees, or other hidden expenses. Although we give a 5 percent discount for 12 months paid in advance.
Does someone at the office need to let me through the security gates?
No. As soon as you sign your rental agreement, you are given a personal security gate code that allows 24-hour access to your unit.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay over the phone, by mail via check or money order, or pay online through our website. You also have the convenience of signing up for auto-pay – this means your rent is automatically deducted from your credit card, savings, or checking account monthly or annually.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept personal checks, money orders, and Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Unfortunately, we do not offer packing supplies, hand carts, or dollies at our self-storage facility.
How do I know how much storage space I need?
Check out our unit size page, or give our manager a call, or send an email – we are here to help.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You will need to bring
either a disc lock or heavy-duty lock. Locks are available during business hours or contact the manager for a free lock. Just contact the facility manager and leave a $15.00 refundable deposit.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
We do not permit storage of liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. If you have questions, reach out and call us. We are happy to discuss your needs and answer any questions. Also refer to item 6 in the rental agreement

There is a problem with my unit. What can I do?

Can I rent a storage unit or space for another person?
No the person who is renting the Unit must fill out all the information required in the rental agreement.
